About
TryRAG is a free tool for learning how retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) works and for tuning it on your own documents.
It runs entirely in your browser. The core engine is compiled to WebAssembly, and an optional small language model can be downloaded once to search by meaning. There is no account, and no server processes your text.
It is meant for learning, teaching and trying ideas on small documents. It is not a hosted service, and programs cannot connect to it.
